Terms & Conditions

Clear, straightforward terms for working with Coast to Coast Professional Cleaning — so you know exactly what to expect at every step.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EmeraldCoastCleaningServices.com and any cleaning services provided by Coast to Coast Professional Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our") throughout Northwest Florida, from Pensacola to Destin. By requesting an estimate, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Agreement to These Terms

By submitting our estimate request form, calling us, emailing us, or scheduling a cleaning, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you are booking on behalf of a property owner, tenant, business, or association, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, including recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleanup, vacation rental turnovers, event cleanup, office cleaning, and pressure washing.

The exact scope of work for your job is confirmed in your written or verbal estimate. Tasks not listed in that scope — including biohazard cleanup, hoarding situations, pest remediation, exterior window work above the first floor, and mold remediation beyond surface treatment — are not included unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Pricing is based on the size and condition of the space, the type of cleaning requested, the frequency of service, and any add-ons you select.

Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available to us at the time. If the condition of the property differs materially from what was described — for example, heavier buildup, an unanticipated number of rooms, or additional areas to be cleaned — we will notify you and obtain your approval for any revised price before starting or continuing work. You are never charged more than you have approved.

Scheduling and Property Access

We will confirm your appointment window in advance. To keep your project on schedule and our team safe, please:

  • Provide safe, unobstructed access to the property — a key, lockbox code, garage code, or someone on site to let us in.
  • Secure pets in a comfortable area away from the work zone.
  • Let us know in advance about fragile items, alarm systems, restricted rooms, or hazards such as exposed wiring or hazardous materials.
  • Ensure working water and electricity are available, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, we may need to treat the visit as a late cancellation as described below.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning unless we have agreed to different terms in writing, such as for recurring service or commercial contracts. We accept the payment methods confirmed on your estimate or invoice.

Past-due balances may be subject to a late fee where permitted by law. If a payment is returned or declined, you agree to cover any associated bank or processing fees. We reserve the right to pause recurring service while an outstanding balance remains unpaid.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We simply ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the time to another customer.

  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a one-time or recurring visit without a fee.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or an inability to access the property at the scheduled time, may incur a fee to cover reserved labor.
  • We will reschedule your visit at no charge when we need to cancel for weather, staffing, or other reasons within our control.
  • For post-construction, move-out, and vacation rental turnovers, tighter notice windows may apply because these jobs are time-sensitive; we will tell you the specific window when we book.

For recurring customers, you may pause or end service at any time with reasonable notice — there is no long-term contract locking you in.

Our Satisfaction Commitment

Your satisfaction is the foundation of our business. If you are not happy with any part of your cleaning, tell us within 48 hours of service and we will return to address the specific areas of concern at no additional cost. We ask that you give us the opportunity to make it right before pursuing other remedies. Refunds are considered case by case where a return visit cannot resolve the issue.

Your Property and Belongings

We treat every property with care and respect. Even so, we ask that you prepare your space before we arrive:

  • Secure cash, jewelry, firearms, medications, and other valuables before your appointment.
  • Remove or protect irreplaceable, fragile, or damaged items. We cannot be responsible for items that were already broken or unstable.
  • Tell us about delicate surfaces, specialty finishes, natural stone, or antiques so we can use the right methods.

If damage occurs during our work, notify us within 48 hours. We will work with you in good faith to resolve it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items affected by improper installation or unstable mounting.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coast to Coast Professional Cleaning's total liability arising out of or relating to any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost income, lost rental revenue, or lost business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

The text, photographs, graphics, and layout of this website are owned by or licensed to Coast to Coast Professional Cleaning and may not be copied or republished without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or misleading information through our forms. Estimate requests you submit are inquiries only and do not create a binding service agreement until both parties confirm the booking.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Okaloosa or Escambia County, Florida.
